In August 2022, the BBC programme Songs of Praise visited Kepplewray to film a segment for their show celebrating 900 years of Carlisle Cathedral. They were looking for a Centre with not only a Christian background but also an inclusive activity centre that welcomes people of all abilities and backgrounds for adventure in the great outdoors and Kepplewray certainly ticked all of those boxes.
On the day we welcomed a group of young people from Barrow who took part in some of our great activities with the BBC cameras watching. We were blessed with a sunny day and all had a good time. Extra thanks must go to Alistair Herd from Herd Media for supplying the drone footage.
